QA across the organisation and product lines
Reporting to the head of product quality and PMs, you will play a key role in different projects and in the QA of many product lines. This position offers you the chance to collaborate with our international design and operation sites in US, China and Denmark, as well as designers, product experts, call centres and not least your 40 colleagues within the Q&R department in Ballerup, Xiamen and Shenzhen.

QA of new and existing products
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and continuous improvement of new and existing products. This includes adherence to quality requirements, milestones and governing processes as well as assessing running quality maturity and cross-functional design verifications.

You get to drive QA projects from the very beginning and build QA programmes for your designated product lines. This involves:

• Ensuring product performance and verifying and adjusting test models for features such as reliability, perceived quality, serviceability and aesthetics.
• Developing quality requirements based on our experience, market feedback, insights from disciplines and other fact-based sources.
• Creating and reviewing planned verification tests and taking appropriate action when quality is compromised.
• Ensuring continuous improvement of the quality management processes.
• Presenting quality status and risk assessment to the Global Management Team.

During QA projects, you may need to visit our international sites adding up to approx. 3 weeks of travel yearly.

You have a solid background in QA
As a minimum, you hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar and have at least 5 years’ experience in quality engineering. You have solid experience in writing quality requirements and governing verification of development projects for complex products and across several engineering disciplines.

Furthermore, you are able to cooperate with high level leaders and communicate complicated technical issues in easily understandable terms.

• You have a good understanding of quality maturity evaluation, and you are able to drive assessment models to next level.
• You have experience with working with perceived quality as a success criterion in wearable consumer electronics.
• You speak and write English and Danish fluently and have experience from collaborating with different cultures.
• You have experience with managing cross-functional tasks. No requirements for line management experience.
