RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Manage TP¡¯s team to deliver Tmall flagship store sell-in and sell-out numbers, achieve targets.
-Keep good relationship and communication with Tmall.
-Manage distributor and Tmall mono & multi stores to drive sell-out, control promotion price and collect sales data.
-Drive monthly KPI for Tmall flagship store.
-Responsible for all consumer solutions products and convergence Products.
-Drive online campaigns to increase sell-out with marketing team.
-Improve operation of Tmall flagship store to deliver superb user experiences and maximize shop performance.
-Responsible for the Tmall flagship store product stock forecast and stock analytics.
-Manage Tmall flagship store pricing and online promotion.
-Manage Tmall flagship store orders and payment.
-Manage Tmall flagship store RMA to work with RMA team.
-Responsible for Tmall flagship store monthly Alipay account checking and service fee payment.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Min. 5 years¡¯ experience in E-Commerce with strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills.
-Know well and have good relationship with Tmall 3C category.
-TP management experience and TP working experience.
-Self-disciplined, self-driven, and proactive.
-Very hands-on. Great coordination and planning skills.
-Fluency in Chinese and English with excellent presentation skills.
-Deep understanding and affection of online shopping dynamics, particularly IT / Telecom accessories.
