The key responsibilities of this role encompass key channel development to ensure sell through, sales campaign, product training and developing key alliances that strengthen Jabra to retailers and distributors.

Job Scope/Description Focal Points
� Responsible for Sell out planning for North India and align with the sub-distributor to make sure on the secondary and tertiary sales in the region
� Develop Key Account Management Skills in the incumbent region ( managing sell-thrus, gain mindshare, reviewing sales report, discussion with Distributors/ buyers/PM on Jabra range, etc)
� Develop Online channel and engagement with Platform to grow sales.
� Develop LFR accounts to develop sell-out from the stores.
� Work closely with distributor to optimize channel sell through with tied in key account sales target.
� Planning key account management for LFR ,APR and Key retail outlets.
� Develop sales campaign with resellers and distributors not limited to
o Develop marketing related activities
o Pitch in new product range to reseller
o Channel development including road shows and media events
o Product training for new products
� Meet quarterly, annual revenue and other KPI targets.

Requirements:

� Extensive Onground Channel sales experience preferably Telecom or accessories background (experience 10 to 12 years).
� Self Starter, Self Motivator, resourceful and confident to take initiatives to work in challenging situations.
� Open to travel for the business need frequently.
� Problem solver, with proven track record of ability to manage and grow business.
