Are you ready for your first step on the international career track where you can apply your theoretical knowledge to an international company? Then apply for an internship in the Finance Systems department at GN Hearing in Ballerup - Greater Copenhagen. In Finance Systems we guide, monitor and support the activities and projects within the global finance organization relating to the use of IT Systems. Currently we are working on implementing a new management reporting system. Your new location of work is at our headquarters in Ballerup.

Support to the Group Finance functions
As our Intern you take on the role as support to the groups Financial Systems and colleagues in the Global Finance organisation. Your tasks will vary depending on current activities and projects and the different assignments will give you a good insight into our business and organization. These will include support with project management, report creation, testing, process design and implementation preparation of PowerPoint slides for meetings as well as end user support across our global entities and other ad hoc assignments. We will provide you with proper training enabling you to collect, analyse and process the relevant information. As such, your work will support and contribute to our continued development of finances processes and systems across GN Hearing. We make extensive use of IT systems, so it is expected that you have a natural interest in working with ERP systems, SAP BI, BI Front end tools and Microsoft Offices programs such as Excel and PowerPoint. We anticipate that you are flexible in relation to important deadlines.

You are about to start your 3rd semester of your Master’s studies at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and would like to combine your theoretical knowledge with hands on practice. You have a natural interest for working with people and a distinctive flair for analysis and meticulous approach to individual assignments. You work professionally and are able to maintain the general view and perform well although the pace is high and deadlines are tight. Moreover, you are known to:

• Have a sense of details and structure
• Be responsible
• Be an advanced-user of both MS Excel and MS Power Point and have a general flair for IT
• Be extrovert and have high spirits
• Not be afraid to get your hands on some real work and take on developing as well as more trivial task
