Commercial Marketing Manager in GN Hearing International Sales

GN Hearing International Sales
You will join the recently formed International Sales department that covers all markets outside North America and, reporting to the Director, Commercial Marketing, you will be a part of a small Commercial Marketing team. Based at our headquarters in Ballerup near Copenhagen, you should be ready to travel expectedly 10-20 days per year.

Your job?
You will work across the marketing organization in International sales and in close collaboration with our Global Functions. In this role, your most important tasks are to manage commercial roll out of product launches and marketing activities:
• Manage the sales execution of GN Hearing product launches and relevant marketing campaigns, from planning to follow up
• Helping our +20 markets deliver strong and ambitious launch and marketing plans and targets
• Keeping track of launch preparedness in our markets, making sure we are ready to launch
• Follow up on launch KPIs monthly delivering quality analysis and conclusions and assisting markets in action plans when needed
• Review and improve the launch process in International Sales and GN Hearing
And develop tools for our subsidiaries:
• Develop a marketing site for knowledge sharing to keep markets up to date efficiently
• Review, improve and document work processes when relevant
• Assist markets in co-development activities, making sure roles & responsibilities are clear, timelines are managed and ROI is positive
• Improve and run the annual customer satisfaction survey with markets and the global insights and analytics team
• Set up best practice sharing working with markets to share success stories
• Support markets on a day-to-day basis becoming one of the go-to persons in headquarters

Your qualifications
• You have a Master’s degree in Business Administration or other areas commercially relevant to the med-tech industry combined with 3+ years of Sales and Marketing experience.
• You have proven commercial and analytic skills
• You are structured and have experience in managing many deliverables at the same time without losing focus.
• You have experience working in an international environment and naturally you speak and write English fluently.
• You always keep the service of our customers and markets as the first priority. You manage to deliver day-to-day while also keeping an eye on the long term improvements in the function.
• As a person it is critical that you can manage complexity. We operate in markets on five continents and work with over 20 legal entities each market with their own characteristics that we know and respect in our work.
