Key Responsibility:

1. Develop and set up and execute Jabra¡¯s own ecommerce business model on key online platform of JD, Tmall, Suning, Amazon, and other relevant website with target consumer profile
2. Evaluate and negotiate commercial terms with outsourced service providers (call center, fulfilment, logistic) and manage them to execute flawlessly and achieve desired customer satisfaction KPIs
3. Be involved in Global digital strategy and ensure the implementation of www.jabra.com.cn is relevant for Chinese consumers in China
4. Develop and lead the execution of online sales strategy, marketing strategy and adapt global brand strategy to drive market share growth online
5. Develop inbound and outbound marketing strategy and lead the execution, leveraging social media, luring visits to Jabra online shop, CRM, website features to maximize conversion
6. Regularly track online KPIs and proactively develop action plans to address issues and continuous improvements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years in working digital space with MNC, agency, online ecommerce platforms JD/Tmall and / or TP partner (ideally worked in two types of companies)
- Demonstrated commercial savviness and experience in working with China online platforms and demonstrated results in working JD and Tmall
- Strong understanding of different online business models and service models and key critical success factors for online shops and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to develop online business model, and online commercial/ brand/ marketing strategy and implementation plans to offer world class consumer experience
- Experience in using social media, customer acquisition, CRM, website tools to manage the web funnel from maximizing visits to conversion
- Experience in managing and holding outsource service providers (call center, fulfillment/warehouse, logistic) accountable to quality execution and KPI tracking
- Creative in idea generation and not afraid to constantly test and improve
- Strong analytical mind to always identify and execute continuous improvement
- Strong leadership, results / goal oriented, independent worker
- Good in fostering partner relationship, yet strong negotiation skills with online platform - JD/Tmall on commercial terms for big promotion events, media buy, share of listing, brank ranking, etc.
