Job Responsibilities,

1. Take care of planning for both DRC & SIM. Manage planning to ensure that swap stock could cover RMA demand & have inventory controlled in order to save related cost and improve inventory efficiency
2. Handle RMAs/any cases related to AMS from China & APAC customers. Communicate with the customers and/or any other relative parties to solve problems timely.
3. Adjust/Reconciliate monthly inventory for DRC & SIM
4. Prepare monthly reports

Job Requirement,

1. Strong motivation on the customer service, major in customer service related is a plus.
2. Good at MS office skills (Excel & PowerPoint focus) is a plus.
3. Co-operative and team work oriented.
4. Good coordination skill
5. Excellent logic thinking, strong learning skill and deliver on goals.
