Position overview
We are looking for a Channel Marketing Communications Manager with experience of working in a global IT or a telecoms organisation and a proven ability to manage a wide-scale communications plan. Experience working as a remote employee and within a global matrix would be an asset.

The Channel Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for educating, enabling and activating our Jabra channel partner community. The successful candidate will build and execute on a global ‘to channel’ communications plan which engages partners regularly with compelling content targeted to them in accordance to the ‘one marketing plan’.

Success will be measured by increased levels of partner engagement through communications, online platforms, assets and programs. Ultimately, it is about driving up increased engagement and sell out from all segments of our Jabra partner community.

Primary responsibilities
• Working alongside our regional marketing leads to gain market insight & build a relevant communication plan that is aligned to their market but in accordance with the ‘one marketing plan’ approach
• Create ‘to channel’ content to activate and enable the channel to sell Jabra solutions with a specific focus on driving the SME portion of the digitally managed channel
• Build and execute on the channel development plan framework including content, cadence and automation
• Create and maintain a global content calendar for all related ‘to channel’ communications
• Execute through the email marketing engine the agreed regional channel communications
• Development of responsive marketing tactics in region to drive demand - aligned to the ‘one marketing plan’
• Working closely with our online and channel marketing teams to ensure the Jabra One Zone content reflects the communications plan ensuring local content is up to date, new initiatives posted
• Responsible for roll out of product launches as related ‘to partner’ communications ensuring products are launched on time and channels are activated
• Delivery of all relevant communication plans, on time and to a high standard

Required experience
• A minimum of 7 years managing channel marketing communications
• Degree or marketing qualification
• Knowledge of the IT channel and how to communicate successfully
• Understanding of CRM & digital marketing automation platforms
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external agency management
• Proven ability to build strong communications plans and execute against them
• Previous experience in working within a remote environment
• Fluent in English is essential (both written and verbal)
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM and marketing automation tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a globally disperse organization
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines with shifting priorities

Some international travel will be required.
