Position overview
We are looking for a strong project manager with experience of working in a global IT or a telecoms marketing organisation and a proven track record of managing a large project preferably within a digital online platform. Experience working with Relayware or Zift would be an asset.

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will be part of the global channel marketing team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to manage many aspects of an ongoing digital platform project.

As part of the global channel marketing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall project and all related tasks, which include multiple sub-projects that run simultaneously. Passion and responsibility for adhering to strict deadlines and driving the project forward is an absolute must. As the overall project owner you will conduct both stakeholder and senior leadership action oriented meetings, while providing recommendations and solutions.

Primary responsibilities
• Manage several complex and converging projects with different timeframes and deliverables
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and schedules projects considering resource allocation needs, program priorities, and other constraints
• Tracks projects and all related tasks from kick-off through completion against established timelines
• Collaborate internally with IT on estimates, schedules & deliverables from external vendor(s)
• Work closely with both IT and external vendor(s) and internal team to ensure that resources are aligned to meet deadlines per approved project timelines and budget
• Ensure cross-functional and vendor teams are working cohesively and consistently, adhering to committed goals & timelines
• Responsible for ensuring all work stream leads and project members adhere to their roles and responsibilities and stay true to the specifications and requirements for all programs
• Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance
• Communicate project priorities clearly alongside vendor project manager to product developers and internal team

Required experience
• 5-7 years of relevant experience working with digital content development and/or website production (within B2B, IT or Telecom an asset)
• General understanding of web-based technology platforms for e-commerce, content and information management, portal frameworks and system integration, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, Flash, JavaScript
• Bachelor's degree or certification in related field

• Team oriented, with the ability to establish and foster strong internal & vendor relationships
• Strong project management and change management skills specifically in the digital space
• Accountable team player with a constructive attitude, analytical & problem-solving skills and commercial mind-set
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Detail oriented, with strong prioritization skills to multi-task effectively
• Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PPT, and Project
• In depth knowledge of project management tools, best practices and processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work within a very fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to foresee and anticipate project, program & platform needs

Some international travel will be required.
