Are you passionate about recruitment and want to be part of building up an in-house search function? In Group HR, we are looking for two new Talent Acquisition Consultants who will be responsible for talent attraction initiatives and excellence in delivery of the recruitment processes.

Purpose of the job
This is an opportunity for a driven and internationally minded Talent Acquisition Consultant with passion for working together with hiring managers to identify, attract and hire talent. The primary purpose of this role is to develop and manage initiatives to attract and recruit the best candidates. Throughout the process of building up an in-house search function in GN Group, we do our outmost to live our values; listen, challenge and transform. Job responsibilities
You will be joining our department with dedicated and professional HR colleagues. Reporting to the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition, you will be a member of the Talent and Organizational Development team in Ballerup, Denmark.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Aligning the recruitment strategy and processes to meet the ongoing and future talent demands.
• Developing and executing sourcing strategies to map candidates and build strong talent pipelines.
• Assess profiles most difficult to attract.
• Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end with the hiring manager.
• Acting as a trusted advisor for the business in all hiring related topics.
• Contribute with your talent engagement and employer branding knowledge leading to relevant activities promoting the GN Group.
• Ensure data quality and aligned processes.
• Implementation of best-in-class practices.

Preferred candidate
We expect that you have the following competencies and experience:
• Solid experience within recruitment/proactive sourcing preferably from an in-house recruitment function or a search agency (engineering, technology, finance).
• Master degree in HR, Communication or similar.
• Experience in using psychometrics tests and selection tools.
• Fluency in English verbally as well as written.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• You are commercially-minded and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Result-orientation, great team player and can-do approach.
