Responsibilities
• Manage Quality Control processes in Production and logistics Department
• Generate weekly production quality reports for both internal and offshore production
• Management of the KPI’s across Production and Logistics,
• Deliver Quality training to all Production and Logistics staff,
• Maintain and manage training records in Production and Logistics
• Maintain the integrity and the generation of the Device History Reports
• Creation and maintenance of the Quality documents in the QMS,
• Auditing existing process against procedures and work instructions

Experience & Skills
• 5+ years working experience with ISO9001 and ISO13485 in medical devices production environment
• Tertiary qualifications at Diploma level in engineering or science
• Project Management
• Training experience
• Willingness to learn and embrace change in a fast moving environment
• Effective and confident communicator
• Proactive, motivated and a real self-starter
• Can work within tight deadlines
• Flexible and calm under pressure

Desirable
• Previous relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience in the hearing industry and/or knowledge of ReSound products
• 5S, six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
