Identify digital market trends, help making digital strategies and products, and execute!

You will be part of Digital Business Development, the digital arm of GN Audio that delivers outstanding digital services and solutions for internal and external customers plus provides technology for new product experiences. The Digital Innovation Lab is particularly aimed at driving digital innovation through fast experiments that are validated with customers and partners in a 4-step innovation model.

As Director, Digital Strategy & Architecture you drive specific strategic digital projects; deep diving into exploration, conceptualization or prototyping of digital business opportunities across all functions. You proactively inspire and facilitate build-up of knowledge in LoB, and constantly look for opportunities for value creation through digitalization. As part of the Digital Business leadership team, you support by continuously evolving our digital strategy, suggesting digital products, and by taking on the role as Product Owner for selected initiatives.

In particular, your primary tasks include:

- Continuous evaluation of digital trends, translating them into insights, formulating possible action plans and tactics, and translating them into clear recommendations
- Providing findings from digital trends in a consolidated and comprehensive way to the Digital Business Leaders
- Design and develop a Digital platform to use for both experiments and select ‘production’ services
- Assume the role of proxy Product Owner for some Digital Business ‘products’ or experiments
- Team lead for a small team who delivers the sprint execution
- Supporting the Digital Business leadership team in formulating proposals on operational strategies by working on presentations and proposals for possible solutions
- Map business opportunity and strategy based on market and organizational factors
- Role model best-practice innovation process tied to digital innovation strategy
- Conduct workshops with customers, partners and experts to co-create optimal experience

Always up-to-date on digital trends and passionate about digital strategy
You are able to discuss business and digitalization top to bottom, and have a solid understanding of the IoT aspects of digitalization. You are self-motivated with high level of energy and results-focus. You are passionate about everything digital and just as important; you are able to translate new digital trends into concrete recommendations. So, to be a success in this role, you:

- Have 5+ years of experience in the digital business, preferably in technology companies
- Have a strong understanding of digital trends and strategic acumen
- A record of successfully carried out digital projects
- Have possible had a successful career as Enterprise Architect but seek to have a more profound business and product impact
- Hold a master degree in business administration, information technology, international strategies or similar
- Have an open and communicative approach, and you speak and write English fluently
- Thrives with speed over perfection (MVP and preto/prototyping approach)
