At GN Audio, Jabra we are looking for a highly skilled marketing professional to join our global Channel Marketing team to focus on driving channel acquisition & enablement activities in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). Aligned to the Enterprise division you will be part of an exciting growth strategy where Jabra is positioned as a global leader in intelligent audio solutions. You will be based in the GN Audio, Jabra Rosenheim office with the possibility to work from home part time. You will be a key part of a global virtual team.

Job responsibilities
The role requires you to lead the execution for channel marketing in the DACH region driving channel enablement and activation programmes through the partner community both managed and unmanaged. Focus partners will include selected system integrators & Strategic Alliance Partners.

Main responsibilities include:
• Execution of the regional channel marketing plan including channel communications, events, online and offline marketing
• Own the marketing relationship for key target strategic alliance partners and selected system integrators. Develop ‘through partner’ marketing plans to drive Jabra marketing & sales priorities
• Launch products to the strategic alliance, system integrators and partner community
• Manage MDF funds for selected premium partners
• Manage local channel communications framework including email & partner sites
• Execution of relevant ‘through partner’ marketing activities e.g. events
• Report on channel marketing activities and performance against agreed metrics
• Execute on global marketing initiatives (e.g. partner program, campaigns) to and through key partners
• Drive the two-tier channel enablement and activation program (analysis of dashboards, implementation of relevant marketing campaigns, measurement of ROIs etc)
• Manage and build relationships with third party agencies when required who support marketing activities locally

Preferred candidate
You should have at a strong marketing background in the B2B tech sector with proven experience of channel marketing. As part of the central channel marketing network you will be expected to work alongside sales and required to travel to partner locations for meetings as required on a weekly basis. Some travel within Europe may be required to attend internal meetings.

We expect that you have the following competencies and experience:
• At least 8 years’ experience of working in B2B channel marketing
• Experience with a Strategic Alliance partner is ideal
• Solid experience of working in a regional marketing organisation ideally performing a local or regional role
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to budget
• Experience of managing MDF or similar funding programmes
• Excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to work and negotiate within a matrix organisation

• Experience of marketing IT systems such as CRM & marketing automation tools
• Fluent German & English is essential (both written and verbal)
• Customer centric approach to marketing with a strong knowledge of the sales process and understanding of current trends in the marketplace
• Strong sense of personal drive and initiative with the ability to define project scope and maintain momentum until completion
• Passion for marketing and delivering best in class results for regional sales and marketing
