Job responsibilities
As our new Senior Project Manager, you will scope and execute very diverse cross-functional projects owned by the ‘Global Manufacturing Organization (GMO)’. This involves working with line managers to assign appropriate resources for the project team and secure communication and decision making throughout the projects. Projects are technical and relate to manufacturing as well as product and process improvements.

You will be working with several simultaneous projects where you will be taking a very active role to secure good and timely project solutions. The GMO execute around 20 projects at all times with the key objective to secure production and product quality. We have manufacturing at several sites across USA, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Preferred candidate
We expect that you have the following competencies and experience:
• PMP certification or other internationally recognized project management qualification would be an advantage.
• Analytical, structured and comfortable managing a group on your own.
• Extensive experience and proven results from leading technical projects preferably related to manufacturing within the medical or consumer electronic device industry.
• University degree in relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to travel (up to 30 days a year) and work across time zones.
