As part of the Global PR and Earned Media team in our HQ in Ballerup, you will join us to let the world know.

Coordinate and assist on global campaign roll-outs
You will join a small team of 4 to ensure successful product PR, thought leadership and influencer communication. Together with the lead PR agency, local agencies and Jabra teams, we develop and drive the global campaigns and ensure that they are executed in the markets.

You will function as the global PR contact person and combine administrative and coordinating tasks with developing PR plans and material. You will assist the Head of PR with following up on requests and ensure that campaigns are rolled out according to plan. More specifically, you will:

• Collaborate with the Head of PR, product marketing, project management and other relevant teams to develop PR plans
• Coordinate campaign activities with marketing managers and external agencies
• Participate in product meetings, branding and awareness meetings and weekly calls with the international PR teams and create and follow up on to do lists
• Develop PowerPoint templates and presentations as well as spreadsheets in Excel
• Meet with the event teams and facilitate press activities
• Write Q&As, press releases and other types of communication

You will work closely together with teams across the marketing and product functions. Because to create credible and engaging PR, we need to listen to each other and stay true to our company values. Furthermore, we need to challenge ourselves and continuously transform the way we approach the global media landscape.

PR professional with solid coordinator skills
You thrive in a fast-moving environment where reprioritizing tasks and adjusting plans are part of the game. You are in your right element when you get to run with new tasks independently. Moreover, we imagine that you:

• Hold a master’s degree in communication, marketing, journalism or similar
• Have 2+ years of experience working with PR and communication, e.g. from an agency or a brand where you have worked with both B2B and B2C PR
• Are familiar with the concepts of PR plans, product PR, thought leadership and social media communications
• Have excellent communication skills in English – both verbally and in writing
• Preferably have some project management/coordinating experience
