Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Manage Enterprise & Consumer Swap planning and LTB planning for APAC & control inventory in a reasonable level, customer service for APAC; Maximum customer satisfaction.

1. Take care of Swap planning, as well as LTB planning for APAC. Manage planning to ensure the stock could cover RMA demand & control inventory level in order to save related cost.
2. Manage inventory in a reasonable level, optimize the existing inventory & Contol inventory cost to improve inventory efficiency.
3. Take care of RMA handlings in APAC.
4. Monitor customer satisfaction by survey, analysis and proposal, and follow up pertinent actions.
5. Handle customer complaint, coordinate with cross function to work out containment action and corrective action and feedback to customer.
6. RMA maintenance in AX system.
7. Monthly service data report & monthly inventory data report.

Job Requirements,

1. With 5 years of working experience for CSR or related.
2. Strong motivation on the customer service, major in customer service related is a plus.
3. Good at MS office skills (Excel & PowerPoint focus) is a plus.
4. Fluent English both in written and spoken.
5. Co-operative, team work oriented and patience.
6. Excellent logic thinking, strong learning skill and deliver on goals.
