Would you like to make our decision-making more data-driven and improve our business performance significantly?

Take the next step in your career and head a small team of skilled analysts. Put your business acumen to use and identify business opportunities and threats when we launch hearing aids globally.

Transforming lives through the power of sound
At GN, we provide intelligent audio solutions that let you hear more, do more and be more than ever thought possible. To make sure that we keep revolutionizing the world of hearing, our Strategy & Business Insights department works to fulfill our corporate strategy.

A part of this strategy is to be more data-driven in our decision-making. To achieve this, we have established a Commercial Analysis & Reporting team with 2 analysts and 1 student assistant – a highly skilled team which you will head.

Improve our business performance globally
From our HQ in Ballerup, you and your team will be responsible for collecting data insights from our global markets. Are the products performing well? Or should they be taken off the market? These are questions you will answer and analyze. Thus, you will provide guidance to our senior management as well as other departments and markets.

To accomplish this, you will:
• Ensure a strong forecasting accuracy for our global markets
• Carry out product portfolio analysis and road map valuation modelling, using customer, pricing, research and market data
• Develop and run a solid market model
• Monitor and report on market and sales development
• Evaluate and identify business opportunities and threats, including preparation of business cases for new products or future investments
• Motivate and develop your team to perform their best

Leave your mark on our future
Joining GN, you get a chance to develop innovative ideas and try them out in an informal environment where ambitions are high and the possibilities endless. Together with your team, you will leave your mark on a big transformation.

“Providing your expert recommendations to our management team and our sales functions, you influence where GN is going in the future,” says Morten Henneveld, Vice President and Head of Strategy & Business Insights.

Commercially minded leader with strong analytical skills
With your analytical, strategic and commercial mindset, you are able to proactively translate numbers and spreadsheets into meaningful recommendations for the business. You always strive to identify solutions and improvements, and you thrive heading a small team where you will work both strategically and hands-on. Moreover, you:

• Preferably have a degree in economics or finance or a similar business administration degree
• Have minimum 5 years’ experience from a position where you focused on business performance management, preferably from a global organization
• Are an Excel superuser and have solid experience applying tools and models to develop strategy and business models – and if you have experience with SAP and BI tools, it is an advantage
• Preferably have experience with team leadership
• Have the flexibility to travel 10-20 days a year
