Would you like to utilize your creative marketing skills across our Nordic markets and Finland in particular?

In this role, you will manage marketing activities from A to Z, write and proofread Finnish content and ensure our digital presence.

Making life sound better across the North

At GN Hearing, we provide advanced hearing aid solutions to transform lives through the power of sound. As part of our Nordic Marketing team, you will help bring our stories forward throughout our Scandinavian, Finnish and Icelandic markets. You will join our Nordic Marketing Manager and 2 marketing coordinators.

Plan, prepare and execute our marketing agenda
Depending on skills and interests, you will be working on our digital platforms across all 5 markets, e.g. social media, our newsletters or website. Furthermore, you will manage most of the marketing efforts in Finland in collaboration with your team. Doing so, you will primarily work in Sitecore and Falcon and use MS Office and Adobe InDesign. More specifically, you will:

• Collaborate closely with the Nordic Marketing Manager and the Finnish sales team to identify market needs, plan events and assist on customer requests
• Prepare, implement and track product launches in the Finnish market
• Identify and make relevant product and marketing material for the Finnish market that addresses the need of the customer and drives awareness and brand understanding
• Proofread and prepare translated material and write content for different channels in Finnish
• Visit our 2 in-house GN stores as well as external distributors and clinics in Finland to assist with generating GN sales, e.g. by supplying POS material and advice
• Participate in and prepare exhibitions, seminars and events across our northern markets in collaboration with your team

You can expect to travel to Finland 15-25 days a year – perhaps a bit more in the beginning to get to know the Finnish sales team.

Is Finnish your first language, and do you have creative marketing skills?
• You have a commercial bachelor’s or master’s degree, and you have a good understanding of what B2B and B2C marketing entails
• You are a native speaker of Finnish, and you communicate effortlessly in English as well
• You are an excellent writer who knows how to compose compelling texts in Finnish
• You ensure deliverables are created timely and efficiently as well as with a great sense of quality
• You are highly interested in digital marketing, and it is a plus if you have experience with creating commercial engagement on social media platforms
• You are motivated by teamwork, but work independently and take responsibility
