1. To work with China offline channel team to set & meet/exceed sales targets of distributors and key partners by executing Jabra solution selling model at enterprise segment
2. To complete & update profiles of distributors and key partners
3. To work with China offline channel sales team on the management of sell in, sell through and sell out of distributors and partners
4. To analyze the performance of distributors and key partners to maximize sales revenue with highest efficiency
5. To work closely with distributors and achieve the target of new partner development, enablement and activation.
6. To Create an substential channel eco-system and work as a team with other teams in Jabra to build the brand and increase market shares.
