Do you want to grow your CRM skills in an international team? Can you translate new ideas from the sandbox into solutions for developers to implement? And are you ready to interact with global users to make sure that our system supports our business in the best way possible?

We make life sound better

At Jabra, part of GN Audio, we create intelligent audio solutions that let our customers hear more, do more and be more than ever thought possible. Our business is booming, and to support our commercial growth, we rely on our CRM system – and our new junior CRM expert, you will be encouraged to dig deep into our system and emerge as one of our specialists.

Work alongside our product owner to become a CRM wiz
You will become part of our CRM & Partner Services team, which is dedicated to supporting the use of Microsoft Dynamic 365 Sales across our Global Sales, Marketing and Service departments. With more than 550 users across 26 offices, we work with a wide range of integrations to suit business needs.

You will be trained and get to know the ins and outs of our set-up, including how our CRM system integrates into and interacts with other business systems. In addition to understanding the technical side of things, you will work with our users to make sure that our solutions match their day-to-day needs. Collaborating with our experienced product owner, your tasks will include:

• Configurating Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Testing and developing CRM solutions – including trying out new technologies
• Developing training materials and videos for our users
• Participating in and driving our power user forum
• Gathering information and documenting requests from our users
You can expect to travel 10-20 days a year to visit our users around the world.

Join our international team
You will join an international team with colleagues in Denmark, the US and Ukraine. We are part of the Digital Business Development department, which currently consists of 25 experts. Here, you will be working alongside our product owner and Scrum Master as well as our developers and system managers. In addition, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from our Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams.

IT background and a good sense of business
We are looking for someone who is excited about trying out new functionalities and integrating new technologies into the way we work. You understand work flows and business flows – and you are ready to test out new solutions hands-on in the system. The combination of technical understanding and business insights allows you to ask the rights questions, build your own knowledge and help inspire new solutions.

We imagine that you:
• Have a degree within IT at bachelor’s level or higher
• Bring knowledge of CRM systems – preferably Microsoft CRM (Dynamic 365 Sales/Cloud)
• Have an analytical approach to your work – whether it be testing, developing or documenting processes
• Speak and write English fluently – and it is a plus if you are comfortable having conversations in Danish as well
• Enjoy collaborating with experts and believe in continuously developing your own skills
