Leading major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions

You will join Jabra Support and Services Team, which drives our global technical support and after market services. In this role you will take over responsibility for our enterprise customers’ support requests, making sure to provide best service and fast solutions.

Analytical and innovative mindset
Your ability to think logical combined with technical background and excellent communication skills are key of your success.
Goal will be to give a satisfactory solution to the customer’s technical questions and exceed customer expectations in giving support on technical pre- and post-sales enquiries.
This includes general product information, configuration and upgrade support, collecting relevant technical problem identification information including known issues, performing base problem determination, providing basic support on the standard protocols and features of products, defining an action plan to resolve customer problems and executing such plans, taking and answering general product, installation, and configuration questions from customers, and providing other related general and technical customer support and troubleshooting activities.
